Big Problem With Scrape Box - yommys01 - 03-03-2011
I am not sure what is going on but I keep having issues with scrape box. It has been saying "can not verify license" for like 1 month now.
I have tried several times and sent several emails to the support but no one seems to care about replying or maybe my messages are not been seen.
I bought the software around November/December last year and was enjoying it until January this year.
I will appreciate if someone from the support can reply to my email as this is very frustrating.

Make sure your firewall isn't blocking the program. Disable the firewall temporarily and then see if you can connect. It's odd that no one at support answers your question. I needed to transfer my license to another computer and they were prompt in responding.

Well, the software seems great but the support is not so far. I am grossly disappointed. After several emails, no reply.

I am deeply discouraged already. Shouldn't take them more than 72 hours at most. I sent my 6th email few hours ago and the first was sent like 1 month ago.

Maybe you mail is getting caught in their spam filter or something.

Possible but does it also means no one from the support comes to this place? At least they would have seen these thread.
